Important shipping update
Some countries are currently experiencing minor or significant delays to their postal service, due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation. We will continue to post all orders out as normal and forward tracking details to our customers via Paypal's email notification system. Please keep checking your tracking information on the Royal Mail website to keep up to date with your parcels whereabouts. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping for one item is £5.00 within the UK, Europe £9.00, Canada/Rest Of World £14.00, and USA/Australia £18.00. Any additional products are just £2.00 each. All orders are processed within 24 hours and sent out on the next working day. We post Monday-Friday, other than on Bank Holiday’s and weekends. Orders are usually sent out by ‘Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery’ within the UK. Orders that total over £35 may be sent out by ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’.
For international orders we use Royal Mail postal service and send by either: ‘International Signed’, 'International Tracked & Signed' or just 'International Tracked', depending upon which service is is quicker and available to a specific country.
Orders sent to the UAE and other countries without a state postal service can only be sent to a PO Box address.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase of Divine Herbal Hair Oil and to achieve the results that so many other customers have achieved. For this reason we are happy to offer a 60-day money back guarantee. If, within 60 days of usage you do not see a reduction in hair loss (as this stage precedes the hair growth stage) then it is safe to assume that you are one of a small percentage of customers for whom this product may not work. Terms & Conditions of refund procedure
Divine Herbal Hair Oil purchased on www.divineherbal.co.uk or at any of our authorised stockists may be used and returned for a refund within 60 days of online purchase (or purchase date at any of our stockists), if you are not totally satisfied. If purchased from one of our stockists, a valid proof of purchase must be obtained on the date of purchase and sent to us upon returning the product. This offer is not applicable to any other products on either this website or at our stockists, apart from the aforementioned. We do not cover the postage cost for you to return the product to us. The cost of postage to send the product to you in the first instance will be deducted from the refund total. If you have placed an order for, or purchased; various products from us/our stockists, the refund will only be applicable for Divine Herbal Hair Oil. We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the post, so please ensure you are covered for the amount of your purchase by returning only via Recorded or Special Delivery.
Please Note: We will not provide a refund if your bottle of ‘Hair Oil’ shows signs of unreasonable use or is empty.
How to return - in 3 easy steps
- Email or call us within 60 days of purchase of Divine Herbal Hair Oil, asking for a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) – you will then receive one within 48 hours, along with a returns address to send the product to. Our email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org (please check your junk/spam email folders if you do not appear to have received a reply within 48 hours). Please note that your return must reach us within 60 days of purchase as we are unable to action any refunds after 60 days have passed from the date of purchase. If received after 60 days, your return will be sent back to you via Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
- Securely & safely pack and send back the remaining product to the returns address using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery (or overseas mail equivalent). Please include the RAN supplied by us, on a post-it or piece of paper enclosed with or alongside the returned product. If purchased from one of our stockists then please include your proof of purchase and your full name & address too.
- Await the refund of your purchase via Paypal. This usually takes less than 24 hours from the time that we receive the returned product. If purchased from one of our stockists then you will be refunded via cheque which will be sent to you via 1st class postal delivery.
Change of mind
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase and love our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your order, you may do so within 14 days from the date of delivery. Any products purchased must be returned to us, sealed, unused (with the exception of the Hair Oil which has its own terms - please see above sections) and in a resellable condition. We do not cover the cost of returning any unwanted products, and any refund will be subject to a deduction of initial shipping costs paid at the time of placing your order. This includes any orders that are undeliverable and returned to us by the postal service as we have paid them for this service and are unable to claim it back from them. If your order is delayed within the postal service, we are unable to process a refund until your order is back in our posession. Faulty or damaged products
In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
Please notify us as soon as possible by calling our Customer Services Team on 01274 403772. When contacting us, please provide the order number and delivery name, and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items as they may be required for inspection. In the event of a faulty item being returned to us and deemed to be faulty, we will provide a refund for the cost of returning to us. Returns should always be sent with a signed or tracked service such as Royal Mail 'Signed for' 1st or 2nd class (not Special Delivery) and we ask of you to retain any proof of postage in case of your return not reaching us.
