If you wish to return a product within 60 days you agree to do so at your own expense, as per the terms & conditions of the return offer below:
‘Divine Herbal Hair Oil’ purchased on www.divineherbal.co.uk or from one of our authorised stockists may be used and returned for a refund within 60 days of you receiving your order, if you are not satisfied.
This offer is not applicable to any other products on this website, apart from the aforementioned. We do not cover the postage cost for you to return the product to us or the initial cost of postage on the order – which will be deducted from the total. If you have placed an order for various products from us, the refund will only be applicable for Divine Herbal Hair Oil. We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the post, so please ensure you are covered for the amount of your purchase by returning only via Recorded or Special Delivery. Return offer limited to one bottle of Divine Herbal Hair Oil per order, once per household.
You agree to return as per the section ‘How to return – in 3 easy steps!’ on the ‘Shipping & Returns page of the Divine Herbal website.
With respect to the delivery of Divine Herbal products internationally, you understand that this is subject to the control of the individual country’s Border & Customs security, which may result in extra charges, delay or non-delivery of your order. Divine Herbal cannot guarantee an exact delivery time of your order and in instances where your order is seized by customs, Divine Herbal will not be able to offer a refund for orders not delivered, or extra charges under these circumstances. You agree and understand that in the event of customs seizing your order, the cost of the order will be borne by you in full.
By agreeing to these terms & conditions you agree to indemnify and hold harmless; Divine Herbal from and against any and all liability, losses, claims, damages, and costs of any kind. If your order is delayed by either customs or the postal system we are unable to replace or refund - until Royal Mail have completed their investigations and declared the parcel to be lost.
